OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to departmental staff
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendar and communications
- Assist with office organization and data/file management
- Create purchase orders and track spending to multiple accounts
- Track inventory of materials and resources
- Provide assistance with certain special events
- Attend weekly Staff Meetings and periodic staff training
- Create and manage project-based spreadsheets on an on-going basis
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- High School diploma
- At least 2 years prior office experience
