KIDS Family Engagement & Event Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE

Oversee and Manage KIDS Family Engagement, Guest Services & Events

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

2-years or more of college education 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work Sundays & Wednesdays
  • Oversee lobby experience and resourcing
  • Manage CCB Family Profiles and age level placement 
  • Manage First Impressions and resourcing
  • Manage Kid Baptism Processes and Baptism Event logistics
  • Manage Milestone Events- Parent Child Dedication/ Jump/ Cross Creek 5th grade 
  • Website management of special events promotion
  • Member care for families- sicknesses/ death / new moms / prayer concerns/ ex. 
  • Weekly newsletter design/ edit/ oversight 
  • Management of Kids Ministry Event Calendar 
  • Prepare weekly first-time guest reports
  • Prepare guest bags
  • Management of Promotion Sunday
  • 1st Time Guests and MIA Family Follow-up 
  • Manage check-in process and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage greeter/security/hospitality volunteers
  • Manage monthly birthdays for kids and volunteers
  • Management of special “Behind the Scenes” prep days
  • Management of swag closet and inventory
  • Management and logistics of special event manuals
  • Management of KIDS print communications- leaders post cards, thank you notes, ex. 
  • Volunteer hospitality- Station A & C kitchen/ food resourcing 
  • Liaison with CrossCreek KIDS Volunteer Core Teams 
  • Partnering with Community Engagement team in creating aligned experiences
  • Management of special events set-up and tear down
  • Assist with Kids event follow-up
  • Other items assigned by Kids and Family Pastor
