Administrative Support Specialist


This position works as part of the administrative team to provide support for CrossCreek Staff. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.


  • Manage calendar and communications
  • Assist with office organization and data/file management
  • Create check requests
  • Purchase and inventory materials and resources
  • Provide assistance with certain special events
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Attend regular team and staff meetings and periodic staff training
  • Project management as assigned
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • High School diploma
  • At least 2 years prior office experience
